Daily schedule

Pick when the daily check should run. Saving here only stores your choice — no server job runs until your own database is linked.

Status: Setup needed — choose a time and time zone

First run brings in everything since the start date, in batches, with no silent cut-off. Leave blank to choose later.

What gets skipped

Rule changes apply to new imports. Anything skipped can be restored below.

Apple Reminders & Calendar

Websites can't read Apple Reminders or Calendar. A personal Shortcut on your iPhone or Mac has to collect them — it asks for your permission the first time — and send them here. Automatic sending needs your own database linked (for your private token). Until then you can import the Shortcut's file by hand below; that's a manual step, not automatic.

  1. In Shortcuts, create a personal automation (e.g. daily at your chosen time).
  2. Add “Find Reminders” (all lists) and “Find Calendar Events” (all calendars, date range from today).
  3. For each, build a record with the fields in the sample file: the stable ID, list or calendar ID, title, notes, due/start, all-day, repeats, completed, deleted.
  4. Save as a JSON file (later: send it to your personal address with your token).
